In a society threatened by disembodiment, sport is the return to the functionality of the body.

In 2014 I successfully completed my studies in sports science at the German Sport University in Cologne. During this time I created the appropriate theoretical foundation for my own sport, which is very important to me. At the same time, I developed the urge to pass on the knowledge I had gained. After several internships it turned out that it would not become however the school career, but rather into the range adult education should go. That’s why I also completed the Personal Trainer License of the German Sport University.

My work mainly revolves around the development of strength as a fundamental competence of every action in our everyday life. Through the training of strength, the everyday suitability of the body is restored, maintained and ensured.

Working with people who want to improve or restore their health gives me great pleasure. My motivation is to make a contribution with my knowledge so that trainees achieve their goals. To see how movements become qualitatively better and trainers fitter is my reward.
