I became a trainer several years ago after suffering a back injury while working with a trainer. This moment compelled to me learn as much about the body as I could so that I would never get hurt again and neither would anyone else I know.
I am a C-section mom and I have 9 injuries to my abdomen from the delivery of my 2 children, having an appendectomy and recently a nephrectomy (donated kidney to my husband). Being a Pain-Free Performance Specialist coach elevates my knowledge and training to keep myself and my clients living their healthiest and most active lives while reducing the risk of injury that many people endure.
I am pain-free, I think this is a key component in our quality of life. Given the chance to work with others, allows the possibility to keep them pain-free or get them back to a pain-free life. Our bodies are aquariums and want to move, make sure to move well and then also move often.
