I am the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu head coach at the University of Oregon. My experience stems from 10+ years as a strength coach, 6 years of gym ownership, and a lifetime of athletic endeavors. I have trained everyone from D1 athletes, general population, strongmen, youth, and professional athletes. My training approach is from an individualized perspective, making sure each client is getting the most optimized training based on their current movement patterns and any limitations that may prevent healthy motion.
