My journey started in 2008 when I was told that my life was said to never be the same again. The people that told me this were correct. I was informed that type 1 Diabetes would create a chronic life style change and that It would be up too me to take action everyday in other to live an adequate life.  Again, this was correct. I learn that I would fall off the wagon fast if I didn’t keep up with maintaining my body. The key here is that I learned what works and what doesn’t.  My circumstances lead me to continuous observation and understanding of my own body. Getting diagnosed with type one Diabetes has been one of the best things that has ever happened for me.

Through observation I have learn the body will change from day to day, and my willingness to change tactics has influenced my health positively. I be-leave self observation  and understanding can help others has it has for me.

My goal is to become an educator , a friend and hopefully impact the lives of people who feel stuck.
