I love working with people of all age groups, helping them reach their ultimate goals, while educating them for long term success. I specialize in working with senior citizens, focusing on strength, mobility, and increase quality of life and well-being. I also work with a number of post-op patients, who have been cleared from physical therapy, and want to get stronger, eliminate pain, and decrease the risk of injury. Lastly, I also enjoy working with those who want to lose fat, gain muscle, and feel better.
I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2010. I hold a BSc in exercise science from Towson University with a cumulative of 4.0 GPA, and has over 9 years of coaching experience. I’m an FRC mobility specialist, and have interned in Canton Ortho & Sports rehab in downtown Baltimore, MD, as well as in Sinai hospital inpatient rehabilitation unit during the summer of 2014. I’ve been featured in major online fitness publications such as bodybuilding.com, AARR, and T-nation.
I believe being able to move, and move well is empowering. I believe working-out should be fun, and being fit means increasing quality of life, well-being, and both- emotional and physical health. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, I believe you can improve and reach your potential with a proper exercise routine and consistency.
