I am a performance coach at Optimum Performance Sports, located in Fort Wayne, IN. We specialize in speed and agility training while also providing individualized sports training. I am CSCS, MAT,  and PPSC certified. I specialize in working with return-to-sport athletes. At OPS our trainers have a wide range of athletic backgrounds allowing us to evaluate our athletes’ needs from a multitude of directions.
